My Trxlink Agent isn't syncing automatically 

Is your Agent installed on a computer or a server?  

My Agent is installed on a computer

  1. Is the computer on and logged in?
     

  2. Is the Agent currently running?

 

When eRequisition cannot connect with the Agent the most common issue is that it is due to the application (Agent) is not running. ​The Agent cannot sync with your QuickBooks if it is not running.
